Quick Start

Get up and running with Magne in three steps.

Download the App

Head to magne.chat and download the desktop app for your platform.The installer handles everything — no dependencies, no configuration.

Create Your Account

Launch the app and click Create Account. You’ll need:
  • A username (3–32 characters, lowercase)
  • A password (minimum 6 characters)
  • A valid email address for verification
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it to complete registration.
Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. You can request up to 3 resends.

Join a Server

Once you’re in, you can:
  • Browse public servers via the Discover tab
  • Accept an invite link shared by a friend
  • Create your own server and invite others
That’s it — you’re ready to chat, call, and collaborate.
